Bike Description
Very lightweight mountain-bike/hybrid Cannondale Trail bought new May 2014. A white frame, black handlebars, black wheels and black seat. Green & black writing/decal on teh frame and forks. White writing on black elements of the bike. 27 gears, 3x9 and 29inch wheels, good tread. Had front (white) and rear (red) reflectors on the handlebars and seat. Also had a water bottle holder and pump attached to frame (pump still in holder). Was locked up with helmet, red & black with a white sticker with the number '149' on it (recent race).Theft Description
Was locked at 1:30pm at the busy Market Place, central Reading, right outside a Greggs and with many shops/cafes overlooking (Starbucks, Costa Coffee, Tesco..). Was locked under a tree next to another bike on a solid bike locking place (one of the rectangular metal frames in concrete). Had helmet locked to bike too, lock through back tyre & round 2 different points on the frame of bike. Was broad daylight, lots of people passing by, benches with people constantly on them as a hot day - someone must've seen something!
