Theft Description

The bike was secured to the external wall of my bedsit with a tamper-proof steel bracket rot which a D-lock was secured. The area is not public: the external wall on that side is situated inside the resident's area to which residents gain access with a fob or guest by ringing the intercom. Above the external security entrance there is a camera.
