Theft Description

Professional bike thief.  Teamwork with a lookout.  Used bolt cutters to access a communal bike shed.  Used an angle grinder to cut through heavy duty lock.  Disturbed by Police because neighbours called.  They got away with just the one bike from the communal bike shed.
