Theft Description

Bike stolen from outside front door in a communal hallway (serving 4 flats). Neighbours recall seeing 3 guys walking up to the property around 19:15, suspect it was a gang that took the bike, it had to have been premeditated or planned, it can’t have been a chance theft. There was another bike in the communal hallway that wasn’t taken.
