Flat handle bars, red and black frame, wheels 700x28C, 28-622Theft Description
Bike was stolen from bike rack on Hertsmere Road (West India Quay), London E14, between 6.20pm and 7.25pm 29/07/2016, while many people were walking on the road. One of the locks was cut, and one of the wheels was removed from the frame and left locked to the rack, and the bike and the other wheel were taken.
