Theft Description

Bike stolen from Cheniston Gardens - High Street Kensington, W8 Thief comes on Santander bike, leaves it at my address and forcefully takes my racer-bicycle which was locked outside the property. The thief was caught on cctv and is wearing white shoes, dark gray jeans, navy and grey college jacket and a cap. He also has a black backpack. I won't press charges if the thief comes forward and returns the bike.
