Bike Description

Stolen in Norwich between 4 and 7 just outside the Forum. Black but parts of the handlebars are blue.

Theft Description

I had locked the bike up on one of the bike posts on Hay Hill (leading up to the Forum) using two combination locks. Someone must have been watching me sort the combination dial out from afar and figured out what the combination was.
