Bike Description
White BTWin Hybrid 500 bike. With a QuadLock on the front and mud guards on the back but not the front. Was chained up in a secure communal garage. The theif was caught on camera by one of the neighboursTheft Description
Broke in to secure communal carpark used by the flats surrounding, entry by fob only. Broke chain that had connected the bikes and cycled away. Neighbour noticed it and took pictures of theft. See picture. Had mask on wearing a hood up. Must be close to 6ft, male, 15 - 19 years old, skinny. Was wearing tracksuit trousers, was accompanied by an older man, stocky.
