Bike Description

On 1st of April 2014 at 16:30 I have locked my bicycle at the provided metal bars for parking the bikes at SOUTHBANK CENTRE in SE1 8XX London in Belvedere road just at the entrance of the staff car park corner. I left the area for about 25/30 min when on my return the bicycle wasn't there anymore and someone else had already parked their bicycle after. It is a quite high traffic area with many pedestrians passing by especially at this hour of the day; also buses and cars are run through this road. I was quite surprise that in such a short time someone could had stolen the bicycle, I had the feeling like if someone had followed me until I parked the bicycle and act with confidence, for sure someone expert in these thefts.
