Brompton folding bicycle, yellow (+black) + 5-speed Sturmey-Archer gear (gear-change-to-cable join wrapped in black tape) + telescopic seat pillar + FOLDING LH PEDAL (added later) ++ PANNIER FRAME ++ STUBBY BAR ENDS + 'bracing bar' between vertical sections on handlebars ++ front block to hold large Brompton bag/frame + small right-angle adapter for holding front lampTheft Description
The bicycle was locked to one of the new large enclosed multi-level racks provided outside Cambridge rail station, using a flexible KRYPTONITE cable of steel strands 1/2 inch diameter. A bolt-cutter was used to break the cable, which is cut quite cleanly. Thief prosecuted, but bicycle not recovered.
