Theft Description

The bicycle was secured to a bicycle stand in front of RED menswear shop in Chatham, 16h40 on 25/4/15. When I returned from shopping at the Pentagon centre, at 17h06, the bicycle was gone. The thief had left my bicycle helmet and rugsack, that had been threaded with the security chain (combination lock).
