<p id="yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1511004915606_3376" style="-webkit-padding-start: 0px; margin: 0px; padding: 0px; color: #000000; font-family: Calibri, Helvetica, sans-serif;">At around 18:44 on the 16th November I parked my BMC Granfondo GF01 at the bike lock station on the North side of Waterloo Bridge. It was parked in the bike lock station near the Strand Underpass roughly facing Cafe Nero and Duchy House. I placed a longer cable bike lock around the whole bike, going through the frame and two wheels with my helmet attached, locking it securely to the station. I then put an additional D-lock through the back wheel and frame of the bike - meaning it couldn't be ridden. I returned to my bike at around 22:45 to find it gone. The cable lock had been snipped and dismantled most likely using heavy duty pliers - it was left on the floor by where I locked the bike. There was no sign of the D-Lock.</p>
