My bicycle was locked to a pole on at the intersection of Wilton Way and Eleanor road near London Fields. Patrons in the restaurant across the street say they saw a man remove the sign from the top of the pole, leave, come back 15 minutes later, and lifted the bike over the pole. It happened between 9pm and 10pm.
