Bike Description
Bespoke Panasonic touring bike. Unique. 54 frame. 700c wheels. Marathon tyres. brown brooks leather saddle. deore hubs. Blue, demountable frame. Panasonic and Japanese script along too bar. Update 23/12/19 - Someone through the forum brought to my attention that the bike was posted for sale on Gumtree in March 2018. https://www.gumtree.com/p/bicycles/gents-touring-bike-made-in-japan-by-panasonic-extremely-rare/1292731697 It was described as a 1984 vintage panasonic bike. it's not (the frame was built in 2008!) but someone in the Glasgow area might have purchased it as such. It was posted for £350. The image posted to the ad confirms the identity of the bike with the very distinct Japanese lettering along the top tube.Theft Description
