Bike Description

I left my bike locked at Vallence center 2.00 pm. 

When I came down 2.30pm. It was stolen. Soon after that I saw Police offier at Tesco and I reported him.

It was a busy road and Dr's office. I have idea Why and How they steal it.This was the 2nd bike of mine stolen. I am fed up.
